How it works

Email hello@vestraloft.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong.
We reply within 1 business day with next steps.
In many cases you won't even need to ship anything back — we'll simply refund you or send a replacement.

Damaged or defective items

Send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
